I noticed you haven't sent an investor update in five weeks. Marcus expects one monthly. I drafted it. Want me to send Friday at 9am?
Saved: the 11pm panic of forgetting. Not another SaaS tool. The last one you'll ever need.
Founders today are stuck choosing between learning AI or running their business — they can't do both.
Enzziro is your company in one place.
The brain remembers everything — who you met, what you promised, what needs to happen next — and handles it automatically. The dashboard builds itself around how you work, spinning up the features you need and connecting the tools to run them. No more switching between ten apps to get one thing done. Built for solo founders and small to mid-sized teams who want to move fast without dropping anything.
A meeting ends. Three follow-ups send themselves.
Your call ends. Sarah captures the transcript, drafts the right follow-ups in your voice, and sends them in fifteen minutes — unless you reply HOLD. No prompt. No app to open. The work just happened.
I noticed your call with Marcus just ended. I drafted three follow-ups in your voice. I'll send them in fifteen minutes unless you reply HOLD.
Four more times the brain acts. None of them require you to ask.
Acme renews in 14 days. They flagged pricing terms twice last quarter. I drafted the renewal email with your new pricing. Review?
Two-week heads-up on every renewal, automatically.I noticed you ask for the weekly sales numbers every Monday at 9. Want me to send them automatically from now on? You approve once.
From repeated chore to standing workflow. You told three people last week you'd "circle back this week." One is still waiting on you. Want me to send a quick check-in?
I remember what you said. Even when you don't.Everything the brain does, while you do everything else.
The brain remembers everything
Who you met, what you promised, what needs to happen next. Across every tool you already use. You ask, it answers — grounded in what actually happened, not what it guessed.
Agents spin up on their own
The brain notices patterns in how you work and proposes new agents for them. You approve. They start running. No prompt engineering. No setup tax.
The dashboard builds itself
Modules appear around the things you actually do. New tool needed? The brain suggests it and connects it inline. No more switching between ten apps to get one thing done.
Voice or chat. Even from the car.
Ask anything about your company through voice or chat. The brain answers, drafts, or takes action — whichever you asked for. Works from your phone, your laptop, your car.
Connects to every tool you already use.
"It would be like each of us made our own world on the computer. Without a hundred tabs open."
Founder we interviewed · April 2026The category is being defined right now.
a16z speedrun 2026 names "invisible AI interfaces — zero visible prompting, proactive intervention" explicitly. Enzziro is that category.
Anthropic's Model Context Protocol standardizes tool integration. Recall.ai ships meeting-bot infrastructure without enterprise setup. Claude's instruction-following makes ambient drafting reliable enough to default-send.
Two years ago none of this existed. Today it does. The first product to actually run the company while the founder is in the car wins the next decade.
Trust is the product, not a feature.
- Every new agent starts in Watch mode. It drafts; you decide. No surprise sends on day one.
- Promote an agent to Auto only after you trust it. Per agent, per category — your call, your pace.
- Investor-class messages always require your explicit approval, regardless of trust level.
- Your data is yours. Encrypted at rest with per-user keys you can rotate.
- Cross-workspace isolation enforced at the database level, not as a code rule.
- Every action any agent takes is logged in an immutable trail you can audit any time.
Trust is earned in stages. You move the dial.

Built for the founder running the company.
Non-technical founders and small teams falling behind on AI but without time, money, or patience to figure out which tool to use for what. If you've paid for ChatGPT, then Claude, then Notion AI, and you still re-explain yourself every time you open one — this is for you.
Each person gets their own dashboard and their own way of working. The brain is shared. The work gets done. No IT rollout. No prompt training. No procurement cycle.
Enterprise AI workspaces built for org charts — procurement cycles, IT rollouts, pre-built templates for every department. Those products exist and they're excellent. Enzziro is for the founder who is the org chart. If your company already has one, we will wait for you.
Built by the founder who needed it most.
Aland Shahab is an information systems engineer who took Kurdistan's largest gold business from old-fashioned operations to the standard the industry now runs on. He shipped bawanrent solo. He screens every founder applying to the HCC AI pilot program. He has been in Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses program rooms.
He has watched 50+ founders say they want AI and then not use it — in rooms where they had no reason to lie. He has been that founder himself. Enzziro is the system he needed. Grant access once. It runs your company while you're in the car.
Thinking out loud about ambient AI.
Notes, essays, and arguments from building Enzziro. Long reads, no fluff.
Before you join, things founders ask.
How does Enzziro know what's important to me?
The brain watches first. The first seven days it observes your meetings, your inbox, and your calendar without acting. By day eight it has enough pattern data to draft accurately. Every time you HOLD a draft instead of letting it send, the brain learns.
What if it sends something I don't want?
Nothing critical auto-sends until you opt in. Every agent starts in Watch mode — it drafts and surfaces, but does not execute. Investor-class messages never auto-send, regardless of trust level. Every action is logged in an immutable audit trail, so if something does go out you didn't want, you see exactly what happened and roll the agent back.
Do I have to connect every tool on day one?
No. The brain works with one tool connected. Most founders start with Gmail and Calendar. You add tools as they become useful, and the brain notices which ones matter without you mapping anything.
What does it cost?
During beta, we onboard each founder personally — no charge for the first fifty. After beta, it's one subscription that scales with how much work the brain is doing. We don't charge per agent, per seat, or per template.
Can I see what the brain knows about me?
Yes. Every observation, every commitment it's tracking, every action it's taken — viewable in your dashboard. You own the data. Export or delete it any time.
What about my team?
Each teammate gets their own dashboard. The brain is shared at the company level — your co-founder sees what you committed to, you see what they committed to. No IT rollout. No procurement cycle. No prompt-training session.
Is this a chat product?
No. The default surface is a cockpit dashboard with commitments, observations, and a chat drawer when you need it. The brain works in the background; you check in when you want to.
